Taken in the winter, the start of the video shows the normally muddy walking track we need to take to the coastline. The path is very undulating, especially at the coastline region, where you will be confronted with some challenging ups and downs. But it's all great for your health, with the 0.7km to 1km walk one way being a lovely scenic trip.
Calvin flies confidently with his lively DG1001, swooping the cliff face with that lovely whistle as the glider passes us by.
Steve, me, flew a RCRCM Jaris on its maiden flight, and from the beginning, he needed to ride his elevator due to the CG being too nose heavy, but had a super first flight.
Unfortunately, on the day, Mark's receiver in his DG600 had failed, luckily not whilst flying, so he wasn’t able to fly.
