Missed the "tearing pain," not asked about PMHx CVD /Fhx, risk factors ICE, also any dizziness or chest pain/dyspnoea. Im not sure but it sounded like this gentleman may have had another diagnosis including dissecting AA??

In a 10 mins consult? Onset was 6-8 weeks ago and started after lifting a gearing box . I presume in all this time if it was a AAA, he would have blue lighted.😊

If you ask multiple questions "any problems in your bowels, water works, and numbness" triple barred questions.. kinda tough for the patients, as he will only remember the one bit of it

At first I did not hear it. Now look, something happened to dad that made him quit and now he bas a tearing. Pain. Dissecting aneurysm is a close differential
