I really liked the method of presenting the closed questions with some relevance behind it, i.e. saying ‘a patient suffering from x might talk about these symptoms… does that sound like you?’ It really streamlines the evaluation of likely possibilities in a methodical and clear way!

I would not usually ask a middle age man with frequency or nocturia whose wife asked him to see his GP about STI, other people may differ

blood in the urine , in think it is more bladder cancer , or less frequently renal CA, prostate CA showing as hematuria unless it is in advanced stage of the disease , i am not sure

Not a good example for an IMG. They will pass only a white candidates , if this is done in exam

I think there is some truth to it. A case was done very similar to this manner. Where complaints, social issues, ICE, investigations and management all done nicely intermixed (but with good order as above) Exam feedback was - no order or structure to the consultation
