11:06 Why do so many people say this? It's kinda half false. First multiple popular twitch streamers played it around the same time, that's when VRChat gained more traffic. Around the same time a guy started a "Hi I'm Knuckles!" meme. People followed him. Shortly afterwards people started to piggyback off it turning it into the Uganda thing.

I have to say thanks to Mega Mix Jam for making these videos. I love the Best Friends but I cannot listen to hours of them talking.

So, I've been playing Second Life basically forever. I keep hearing people saying VRchat is 'the new Second Life' and I just don't see it happening. Do you know how many times SL has nearly been shut down because of legal troubles? VRchat is going to have to run the same gauntlet and neither the user base nor the developers seem to be ready for it. When they ban stolen game assets from there, that place is going to empty out *so* fast. Ironically, SL has kinda fallen under the radar these days so very little official moderation happens any more. It's mostly down to the owners of private sims to comply with the law, largely on good will. It mostly works out. Oh, it's also free, but the in-game currency is real money. You can get by happily without spending a cent, but a lot of the nicer avatars and whatnot you need to pay for.

I don't understand entirely why, but I find the way Woolie is so dismissive and saying 'ugh' without actually saying it EXTREMELY insufferable. i get that the while ugandan knuckles thing is a meme that is extremely popular and some people just act as if there 'better' than other people for finding those funny but... Can someone explain to me why i'm so angry over NOTHING.
