I’m 5’7 154lbs and my waist size is 30

I should’ve watched this first. Ordered a size L, way too small for someone with a 36inch waist, had to return it.

Ahh that’s a shame mate, yeah an XL would definitely be needed for a 36.

I have more less your measure ... do you think 2xl would be too large to fit in? Im going to bulk and im concerned that maybe i dont have enough room to play with...😐

Hey there! It depends on how much bulking you intend on doing. The XL belt would be fine for as much as a 41" waist in my opinion as I'm a 38" inch waist in this video at 6ft 1, 16 stone and still had about 3-4 holes left. However, If your day-to-day waist size is 37-38", and you don't plan to ever cut, i'd go with the 2XL.

@@zicr yep thats what i was talking about, i dont plan to cut now , im still a beginner and i still have to put a lot of meat on 🤕... the 3xl would be too much right?

@@andrealeone8847 Yes mate, the 3XL would be far too big in my opinion. I'd even go for the 2XL now or cut first and then get the XL and build up.

Hello mate, I think it'll fit you fine. If you intend on cutting, it'll fit you perfectly and it will be most comfortable at 41".
