Having a SBD , Pioneer pal belt and inzer, for bang for your buck, pioneer smokes it out of the water, thicker, more rigid just better

@@andie_pl how you like it? Don't like to bench with a belt but some do and gain some lbs

@@miguelcardenas8490 I like it, I think it helps keep you braced and more stable than not using one. I tried to use a 4” 10mm for bench in the past and didn’t find it as effective because the belt felt too big. With the 3” its better for me
