First take is for those artists who took the challenge of showcasing their raw, pure talent. As Pablo said, there's no room for mistakes there cuz they were only given ONE chance. hence, First Take.They asked the staff if ever they got a mistake even a small one to have a 2nd repeat but the staff declined. That's why as they said they were a bit nervous..So that was the challenge there. So to all artists who are lip synching, the platform is not for them 😊

They all ate it... but Ken is the MVP of this performance, he was the foundation of this arrangement. Pablo's growl and Josh's confidence while Stell pure sounds with Justin's tone made this a special performance.

Those mics can pick up the slightest misstep but SB19's singing is flawless. That despite singing a stripped version of GENTO. That highlighted their incredible vocals, delicious ad libs and great harmony. They ate and left no crumbs.

FIRST TAKE has incredible sound system - and our MAHALIMA cant help but also be INCREDIBLE. All 5 just looked so cool - no mistakes at all.. they were all so ready, prepared and so confidently happy just to get into a FIRST TAKE. COngratulations - so so so proud of our dearest SB 19!!!!

This needed several listens, first to get over collective nerves for them, next for the visuals, and then really listen. The sound system of First Take is top rate and the boys conquered it! A truly amazing performance!

The sound is so crisp that you can hear each and every member sing. You'll mistake someone else's voice as a backtrack but its not. It's just Ken. There's not much reverb on the mics, so the long high notes are just Stell's. Justin's voice is also very evident here. It's like glue mending all of their voices. Josh's diction and clear delivery is chef's kiss and Pablo? My God. He's just it. His adlibs is what's hyping everyone and makes the song have more flavor and layers!

There is nothing good was served on the table so they cooked something delicious for us. We ate and we are very full on their performance. So satisfying. Pablo said on the last part of the song, "ate that, ate that"

I think they are positioning to take on the Japan market, Japan being the second largest market for music second to the US. Felip’s first solo cd is being launched in Japan.
