ok so my honest opinion: pros: the view from your apartment is incredible!! this little corner that you want to use as an office is cute and original. I like that. + it’s overall a hugeeeee appartment! cons: the bathroom and kitchen need to be renovated! I really liked the white/marble theme from older appartement, I guess maybe do the same thing in the shower! ☺️ with your aesthetic touch it will look AMAZINGGG

that’s okay with meee !! to be honest when I first moved out, I wanted the super nice, modern, all white layout - and then now i realized i care more about my happiness than i do about that 🤣 id rather have a place that has sunlight, a nice view, warmer walls / floors, good neighborhood, etc … I think it’s a good example to show other people and other influencers that just because you have the ability to be in a place that is super modern - ideally, you should pick a place that makes you feel happy and gives you a good vibe!!! 😇🌸 we’re prioritizing our mental health!!! also i can make any space look pretty😌

@@fernandaraamirez ahh ok!! precisely, from my personal point of view, I find that a white color theme makes an apartment brighter which gives a better vibe (at least, that's how I feel). Also I didn’t know the exact issues you faced in the old apartment which you mention, sooo i reacted from my pov! Anyway, I can't wait to see what you're going to do with this apartment and how you're going to adapt it to your current mood/perception 🙂

Nope she's still renting, since it's an older apartment it's cheaper. She probably got permission from the owner to renovate it.
