Once I was in a toxic relationship, many friends advised me to come out of it but with afraid of losing him I said to my parents that Iam in love with him & I like to marry him after 6 months of trouble both of our parents accepted for our marriage... that was the time I realised that he was not right partner for me bcoz iam the only one who is taking step to be with him but he casually blame me for everything... that time I took one decision that I can't be like this forever... then I said no for marriage to him and my parents both of them didn't accept that I said that we are not like lovers for 1 day also he always used to avoid me like that but nobody accepted it even my friends also... after that by God's miracle I find my true love of my life he was always with me and supports me but that was the time I realised iam actually in love with him, iam the type of person who deserves the person like him then I openly proposed him and he too accepted me as iam... but nobody accepted it so we did register marriage and iam really happy with him.

Very much important topic, very appreciated. Just came out of toxic relationship...it was very addictive even though u have been treated like nothing. Deprived of love , betrayed , cheated on, lost self value , begging. Gaslighting. Fear of abandonment and emotional abuse. In the beginning they treat u nice make u attached..and then that's all game over..u are slave. This thing not only broke my heart it shattered my mind...i lost myself. I was about to give up on me. But i went through it and came out stronger. Thing is happiness is within ourselves. Self love , self care Building our self esteem , belief , believing we deserve better. Good healthy support system. give some time..heal slowly and nicely..become independent. Relay on yourself emotionally. Life is too short to be drowned in pain. Raise up 👍

I just came out of 15 years long toxic friendship. He was full of negative thoughts and negative energy. His companionship was spoiling and damaging my personality. We have quarreled but patched up multiple times. But this time I need to confirm that he is a kind of psychopath who cherish by damaging himself and the people around him. It was a tough decision to break up because he was my only close friend. So, I feared of losing the only childhood friendship. But I feel completely relived now. I can see the world with a open mind now. God may show me some new friends who are good at heart !

I have to say i was the one toxic in my relationship. He showed me soo much affection which i took as an advantage and made it toxic. I was always very polite and friendly to be with. I don't know which changed me like a hell in my relationship. I would scold him for nothing and made him beg behind me. Like for the initial one year, i was very arrogant and toxic in my relationship. Everything changed when our relationship became long distance coz of covid. I realised i was toxic, i cried many nights for hurting him. I felt he doesn't he deserve me and he deseves better. When i told him how i felt, he said its good u realised now and u will soon come out of it. He helped and we built our relationship healthy. I lowered my expectations and gave him space. I always put myself in his position which reduced the misunderstandings.

There is always peace in relationship if it isn't in yours and you always feel burdened I guess you have to rethink on the relationship and let go be free , explore ! Make breakups peaceful not rude or always crying or cursing. If you are with a kind of person who just understands the logic behind your words and doesn't compel you in anything then it's worth ! Those kind of relationships are there and you just have to meet a lot of people be friends then you'll know ! Don't jump into a relationship just because you feel alone , that's a bad idea 💯

Thanks for the video. It's really hard going in circles in a toxic relationship. The problem is that I keep falling back into going in circles even after talking about it with friends to help me out of the dangerous toxic relation. No wonder my friends are angry or upset when I fall back to the attachment of toxic circle. I am trying to get off, yet the guilt is high to walk off the toxic relation. I am still trying to do something for myself. It will take some time for things to change, still work in progress.

I would say every relationship needs time. You should give your partner their time and space, set boundries between yourself. Reduce expectations and ensure the other person is happy because of you. Fight really hard to fix it. Make them realise your worth. Coming out should be the last option. I know many cases where people have lived happily after putting a lot of effort to make it work. This generation nobody has patience, no real life experiences and no proper mentors. We are slowly transforming into a western society. Don't get influenced by the video straightaway. Asses your individual case, work on it to fix it. A beautiful relationship is a worth a million.

What are all mentioned in this book are absolutely right. I have come out of a toxic relationship. I am also seeing many married women struggling in toxic relationship (her husband) but they are not ready to accept that the relationship is actually toxic and they suffer everyday. They believe like they can give chance (again and again) for years even for the lifetime to change their character or whatever the issue but in real time it won't happen. Problem here is they take ownership or responsibility or accountability for everything they are undergoing and they are not ready to accept the reality.
