Part of this scene is directed by Steven Spielberg. Spielberg came onto the set while De Palma was filming, and arranged some of the shots. Pacino had accidentally burned his hand on the hot barrel of the weapon, and was taking time to recuperate, so De Palma and Spielberg spent time filming all the guys firing back at Tony

At least Sosa definitely went down too after Tony died. Seriously, the journalist that was going after Sosa wasn't killed and he lost dozens of men. In the drug trade, there's no way you can lose that many men without appearing weak and having other cartel bosses capitalize on that weakness. If the journalist and the police don't get Sosa, other kingpins will.

Al Pacino is one of the best actors ever he was made for this role one of the best movies ever made if he didn’t kill manni he probably would of survived he sealed his own fate

Y’all ruined this scene by adding the updated sound effects. Use the original mono soundtrack. The gunshots here sound like some generic sounds from a video game. Trust me, go look up this scene with the original Mono Soundtrack.

All Tony had to do is walk down the stairs and kill the whole rival army because he was able to take bullets and yet had plenty of bullets to fire at them. Naw he stood cocky and thought that was all of them Sosa sent - to the front entrance before the stairway but had no idea that was the terminator style hitman's idea to make Tony believe.
