We had tickets for the show, but decided to give it a try and just hang out at the hotel, maybe we'd meet the band. And we did. None of us young 'bangers spoke english, but the band took excellent care of us, invited us to have lunch with them and gifted us with free merch. I saw this band in Colne(!) back in the early 90s. They were VERY loud but brilliant. Biff is an amazing frontman. I was on the balcony with my boring boyfriend and our mate Prof got 'into' it at the front - nearer the stage - only for his specs to fly right off his head with the momentum of the crowd. Why I remember that I don't know but it was a great night...and yes, he did manage to retrieve his specs! Never seen so much denim and leather in my life. I always felt safe at these gigs, even though the women were outnumbered by the guys about 3-1 I'd say.😀

Crikey! I saw Saxon on this tour in Bradford St Georges, was soaked in sweat at the front and walked 5 miles home with a tee shirt and denim cut down top end wise and it was cold out but well worth it. Happy days

Only 500k people watched this? seriously.
It was good of Angus Young to take time out of his busy schedule to help out on this tune.

It was a joke, The one guitarist often tries to look like Angus. Check out the video for Denim and Leather. He tries to look like Angus even more in that one.

Angus Young? Looks more like Mick Box from Uriah Heep (also used a Gibson SG).

@@JNDGuitarman which might be why when I watch Saxon as a whole, I can't help but think of Uriah Heep..... Like a bunch of childhood buddies who put the band together for the love of the music...
come back to France Biff ! Great band.
Awesome Band !!!
still love this!!!!!
Good as always
Whoff, I love this song.
love the lyrics on this track
great song
Que tiempos más buenos.... Flipabamos con esta música, la cerveza y los porros.... Éramos felices sin saberlo... 🤣 🤣 🤣
Love you Biff ❤
Magic achieved
I saw this band in Colne(!) back in the early 90s. They were VERY loud but brilliant. Biff is an amazing frontman. I was on the balcony with my boring boyfriend and our mate Prof got 'into' it at the front - nearer the stage - only for his specs to fly right off his head with the momentum of the crowd. Why I remember that I don't know but it was a great night...and yes, he did manage to retrieve his specs! Never seen so much denim and leather in my life. I always felt safe at these gigs, even though the women were outnumbered by the guys about 3-1 I'd say.😀
Love Saxon f awesome 👍🤩
