Sawamura is just someone you can't help but admire. The character development is just intensely satisfying, from being narrow-minded and over-confident in being an ace, throwing wild pitches, to someone reliable to stand on the mound even in a crisis and pitch greatly. To add up, his skill to lighten the mood and overcome his yips and obstacles thrown at him. He is a great overcomer, it is really nice watching characters develop greatly through their own will and power than having something instant.
Sawamura Eijun is the best character ❤

I feel sad about the fact that after so long Miyuki was with Eijun his trust was not the same as his trust in Furuya
This anime is super amazing, Diamond no Ace best!!!! Sawamura Eijun went through so much character growth. Aceijun!!!🥰

This music and Sawamura were so synergized, that it'll give instant confidence, motivation and will power boost to anyone who's watching it. Thanks a lot for creating this. THIS IS MY STUDYING MOTIVATION.
Hopefully the author would develop his skills and plays more in the next season. I always feel tense everytime he pitches because I feel like something bad will happen. Though it's nerve-wrecking, I still enjoy it. I love his tenacity and funny antics. Just want to see his improvement more in his plays and his power as an ACE & hopefully his ace number will not be stripped down just like what happened to Furuya! The question is, when will it be? It's really hard to wait. 😪

yeah after the first match as an ace, he got through it and would be much stronger. i really excited to know what's gonna happen but i guess i can wait for the animated.

@@ppl1312 yeah! I was also a little bit concerned because he was subbed out after throwing 4 balls in 4th inning. Hopefully, he'll become stronger. Really wanted to see him playing a complete game wherein everyone will get shocked & recognize him as Seido's true ace. It will really be another struggle if they lost in the Summer Tournament while Sawamura is the Ace and I think it will make the story too dragging if that happens because It feels the same with what happened to Furuya.

Not even close. Sawamura has way more up and downs and development. Hinata is a lot more cliche compared to eijun
