Johns flashbacks and the way they tie together each movie and answer old questions but introduce new ones is just awesome. You gotta remember we had to wait a whole year to get the answers to the stuff we always wondered and having flashbacks fill in the timeline. So when it happened it was a big AHA 🤯

The explosive trap drove me nuts because with the other ones, you can kinda understand how panic and self preservation would make them not try to work together, but with that one, you can VISUALLY see how the hidey holes could have fit like 3 people each

​@juliant Fair enough, the main appeal of Terrifier is Art's performance, the soundtrack, and the shot composition. It's one of those movies you watch purely to appreciate that sort of thing.

Strahm's water box test in the beginning would have never happened if Strahm stayed in the hospital room. He was warned not to go in hallway and he didn't follow the rules. The box was meant to be his death.

Another Fun Fact: The Glass Box trap was originally set to be used in Saw 4, but they saved it for this film with a different premise. There are youtube videos that have pics of how it would have been used in 4.

@@SomethingCinema Well, I assume yall have already seen the sequel, and yall also watched 'Freaky' and 'Ready or Not'... maybe 'Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark' this one is very light scary, 'The Craft' (1996) is fun, 'The Witches' (1990) could be a good one, or even 'The Addams Family' (1991) and its sequel 'Addams' Family Values' (1993), if yall have already watched these last five movies, then I have no more fun scary movies.

Heres the thing with (Jigsaw ) because three people actually use that name if you will. The original John I've mentioned it before massive brain tumor so that can mess up your logic of right and wrong. Because it Alters your brains thinking process another example is someone might see up as up and down is down. But with a brain tumor you might see down as up and up as down. Because it Alters your brains chemistry so that's not forgiving or giving him a pass but it's one thing to consider he's not in his right mind. Now Amanda She just did it to kill people who she did not like so she was a failure as an apprentice and jigsaw. Now the Detective he's like Amanda he does it from the point of judging people. John never did it as a form of judging people he did it neutrally as a means to give people a reality check and a test of that reality. But Detective is doing it as a form of judgment so he's not going in neutrally so he doesn't care if people die. So his test are harder to survive if at all survivable because John always made his test survivable because it was neutral. He wanted everyone to have a chance to live and redeem themselves but the detector does not care about that. Thats a brief breakdown of the people that have made games in this franchise. You also get more answers in the following movies as far as John and his ideas and how he came to get them. Now this is why I like this movie franchise because there is solid continuity with out any loopholes. This is why and this is what other people need to learn. They planned it all out from the start it's like they went to the previous movies then went okay this is what we did this is what we have to build off of. They stock to the facts of the previous movies and they did not alter anything. They carried them over perfectly and that's why it works That's why nothing is out of place. Even in the fifth movie when they are talking and showing things from the first movie. So it has solid movie continuity which is what other movies franchises did not do because they were lazy and did not care. Like for prime example Halloween obviously did care about continuity Child's Play obviously didn't care about continuity Friday the 13th obviously did not care about an continuity. Because those movie franchises continuously altered things from previous movies and they did not care that they altered and changed things from previous movies. So those are horrible movie franchises. But then it came to these movies they actually cared about solid continuity. So they paid close attention to every detail and carried it over perfectly. That's how you know if a movie franchise is just a cash grab. Because if it's just a cash grab they don't care about continuity. They just write a movie and make it and don't care about any continuity. With the Saw movie franchise they actually cared about the movie so. They paid attention to every small detail and carried it over perfectly which took more time. So the fact that they took the time to pay that much attention to detail means they actually cared about the movie franchise. Because you seen the Halloween movies you seen the Child's Play movies and you seen the Friday the 13th movies. It's obvious those whore cash grab movies because they just made random BS up as they went. Now congratulations as far as I can tell Donna an Dallas. You to are getting to the point where you may be ready for Art the Clown. Because I noticed less looking away from the screen in this movie when nasty things were happening. That's the kind of stomach I guess you could say you will need for Art the Clown. Because as far as Arts concerned those things are happening to quickly he would slow it down and make it more painful and horrible. So you are getting used to it so that means you may not have any issues by the time you're done with the Saw movies with Art. Because I'm not kidding this is Child's Play when it comes to Art the Clown. Put it this way instead of using a table saw Art would have them use a hand saw and a rusty one to boot. So you're getting prepared for that movie franchise if you will so congratulations.
