I remember clearly making the 7 wonders of the world project back in school , and being so intrigued by all of them.
Being the kind of person I was , even imagining to be there someday seemed like a far off dream 🥹
The day was not going the way i expected it to, I was super late to reach here as planned and thought will be dark by the time i reach and all the efforts will be a complete waste. Also, had to walk for 20mins as i couldn't find the bus. But tbh the moment i reached, the younger me was so happy. I still reached late but thankfully it was not dark by then. I never thought i could see the wonders by myself. It meant a lot for someone coming from a where I do, I got a little emo too 🙈
Also special thanks to the strangers whom i asked for help and they clicked some amazing pics and videos for me. Thats how i am learning the act of kindness everyday 🙏
I don't know why, but this place will be special to me ❤️❤️
📍Pisa, once a wealthy sea-trading power, built its three must-see sights in one spectacular square, the Field of Miracles:
the grand cathedral (in Pisan Romanesque), the baptistery (with remarkable acoustics), and the famously tipsy tower- all of this is situated side by side.
❓How to reach : Easy peezy 1 hr train (19€ round trip) to Pisa Centrale from Florence travel will take you here. Then either take a direct bus (i couldn't find that time) or 20mins walk and you are here !!
It definitely gets crowded but not like very bad. You can easily spend 2-3 hours here.

A day trip from Florence is best. While a day trip from Rome is also a lot of people do.
