Just wanted to give a quick update. My grandmother passed away yesterday, I had no idea how bad she had gotten, I didn't even get a chance to see her before passing. My family and I are hurting right now.

Happy FriYAY, sweet friends. Hope everyone is doing well. This week has been a rollercoaster of emotions. We had to say goodbye to our furbaby on Tuesday. I had my neurologist appointment Wednesday. My appointment went as well as expected. The tumor is most likely caused by my Crohn's. I have an MRI on August 13 and if nothing is wrong, I follow up with the neurologist on October 4. I ask y'all to please continue to pray for us. Thank you in advance. God Bless.

Hopefully the news will get better for you Miss Alma. I am praying daily for you. My daughter has developed chronic Urticaria and breaks out in hives from head to toe. Dealing with a chronic condition is exhausting. But we lean on prayer and hope for healing times. Be safe 🙏

Coating chicken with cornstarch is called velveting. I'm not a fan of chicken breast, but coating it in cornstarch makes it SOOO moist and tender. Happy Dad's Day to Steven!

Herdez is fantastic. All their products are next to homemade. Those fish tacos look amazing. My husband's Mexican family takes a kitchen towel and wraps the tortillas in it to keep them warm. Just a tip. I could eat fish tacos every single day! Love them.

Came back to add that I just finished making the Hot Girl salad. I was so surprised. DH and I give it a two thumbs up! We're having it with his steak and smashed potatoes tomorrow for Fathers Day. Hey Steven, Happy Fathers Day!

Season shrimp with taco seasoning and put it in the airfryer. Put on top of salad greens with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, and avocado. Boom a delicious and quick summer dinner that doesn't heat up the house. You could have tortilla chips on the side if you like.

That chicken looked so good. Can't wait to make it.

I make a really good sauce for fish tacos. It’s 2 heaping tbsp mayo, lime juice, a lil cilantro, 2-3 chipotle chiles and adobo sauce from the chiles, salt n pepper. Blend in your blender. I add the sauce then shredded cabbage on the crispy fish.

The first salad would be really good with feta. I’m definitely going to make a bowl of that for the week. I know how much y’all love Asian dishes so I’m definitely going to give that one a try since you loved it. Happy Father’s Day, Steven!

Just made this tonight, with stirfry noodles and fresh, snap sweet peas that I steamed. It was a hit with the whole family. Even the picky picky picky eaters!! Thank you for the meal ideas, we also tried the ground beef and broccoli, which has been come a regular meal at our table.

I love watching you all. I tried to watch the live the other day and wasn't able to say I was there because I'm not a member. I know it isn't much to a lot of people, but honestly, right now, I just don't have the money to become a member. It made me really sad that I couldn't be a part of it because of that. I talked to my son, and he said it's that way with a lot of KZreadrs. I get it. You need to make money. It just felt like those of us who maybe can't commit don't get to know you the way the ones who can get to. Maybe I'm just feeling sorry for myself and took it way too personally. First - Happy Fathers Day Steven. Putting corn starch and oil and mixing it around with is called velveting. It is a tenderizing technique and can be used on any kind of meat you want tenderized.

If you're hot in the summer it's a good cold salad to cool you down!

I use parchment paper liners in my air fryer

I made the fish tacos last night, and they were delicious! What inspired me to try it was the slaw. We loved it made with the cream salsa, so easy and tasty. We don’t generally like the cabbage recipes for fish tacos… they have numerous ingredients, make too much, and are lackluster, but this was so good and easy to make the quantity we needed. I don’t have an air fryer because I have a convection oven… but often not happy with the results, so I fried my fish. Addictively delicious! We’ll make this again soon! Thanks for the inspiration! Suzie 😊❤😊

WE do a hard taco shell wrapped in a soft shell.

Hi there! I don't know if I can explain this well, but I learned another easy way to warm tortillas. In a hot large pan or on a comal (Mexican round steel skillet), circle the parimeter with the tortillas overlapping each other a bit. Let them heat for a few moments, then pull the bottom one out, flipping it over making it now on top. Work your way around so that all the tortillas are flipped and those from the bottom are now the top. This heats multiple at a time. Just thought I'd share! Love your channel! 😊

This comment is for your 1st recipe. I have 2 more to watch. 😀 I am so picky with veggies. This all looks good if I can replace the veggies. Cause only one I like is the cuecumber. I make a cuecumber salad and have tomatoes and cilantro in it. Then I take lemon juice and put in something small to shake. Add olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper shake it. Add to my cuecumber salad, and that's it. It's so delicious.
