Hearthstone is a card game based on WOW, it is also a digital card game.
Legends of Runeterra is a 2020 digital collectible card game developed and published by Riot Games. Inspired by the physical collectible card game Magic: The Gathering, the developers sought to create a game within the same genre that significantly lowered the barrier to entry.

    I didn't realize it until these videos but in classic, you actually have many more decisions to make where each health and minion matters. Except in recent times, the power creep has made hearthstone a game where you just play the strongest card in hand with at best one other option to consider

  • @2Stylish2Cry

    @2Stylish2Cry

    2 жыл бұрын

    Its not only the power creep that has changed the game. Its mainly random generation for cards and effects. In classic hearthstone you had to keep an eye for removal - sometimes baiting opponent into wasting hex or polymorph meant a won game. Now removal is simply generated or discovered mid match. While it makes for more fun and chaotic games, I miss the decision making of classic hearthstone.
