is the gravelsnout tech to fill the opponents board so they can't play anything? I never really seen much use for the card when K&C launched, but I have seen similar plays before. With glinda you can spam it out and fill their board. thing is if they can trade them away then it'a a bit pointless really. This is why I'm asking about it.

Matthew Mazzatto i think the gravel snout Knight is to get another trigger on the treachery+ howl fiend combo, and elven archer is probably for the potential 10 damage with Glinda I guess? Also probably somewhat decent with defile / vs aggro

in theory gravel snout most likely spawns a one health minion for defile

There are 20 one health 1-drops out of 33 in standard* so while it does technically work "most of the time" that's also a greater than 33% failure rate. Seems really high for a card that even if it worked 100% of the time would probably still be a suboptimal inclusion. Is there any other justification for wasting a slot on this? Was he just doing it for the memes? It just seems really difficult to justify when there are so many other efficient defile activators, for an easy example Thalnos seems better in every single way other than cost which isn't too important given it's a late-game combo anyway. Guarantees a defile of 3+, synergizes with the four other removal spells and can be cycled in a pinch. *Did a quick count so possibly an error of 1-2 cards in either direction, not too relevant but still had to be said.

That does not sound desirable. Unless you give them seven swamp dragon eggs (which would also involve removing one of your minions to play enough in addition to the obviously unrealistic luck required) that doesn't actually stop them from doing anything, they can just trade everything in that they don't want to keep.

Ibnu Sanggar Watasa there was probably a chance Dragon's Fury would reveal Polymorph, which would have left both enemies alive

same old panda Opponent now has board full of shitty 1 drops while you have a 3/6 and 6x 2/3.Opponent is now forced to trade to get rid of the 1 drops, either into the 3/6 (most likely) or the gravel snouts, OR they have to burn an AoE spell. And if even one gravelsnout survives, you can rotate it with baleful banker (if the first Glinda is still alive) and do it again. If the 1 drops somehow become troublesome for you then you just hellfire/defile/godfrey.

Chang Wai Yang The main 3 uses I see is to make Defile better, make Lord Godfrey better, and to fill your opponents board with 1 costs minions with the Glinda combo. The last one is the least important because it’s only good against another warlock to keep them from summoning a minion with Skull for a turn

Madreel well depending on what you compare it too ofc. Different deals different perceived price.

I don't know all the cards by heart nor by seeing them for 0,1 sec, so the clicking away of opponent's cards is super annoying.

you should run siphon soul in this deck one of those cards that should be played in almost every warlock deck

Whoever calls a card in a deck to be called in should call the card out and pros/cons. I really do believe Savjz has already balanced those out and decided not to include it.
