There is a talent that lets you reduce HoJ CD by spending holy power I think.

+Ryan Warstler Just logged on my pally. Level 45 Talent: Fist of Justice Reads as: Each holy power spent reduces the remaining cooldown on Hammer of Justice by 2.5 seconds. There, just did the work for ya.

Brandoxic he spent a total of 3 holy power after the initial stun. That's 7.5 secs off but still he should have around a 38 or 40 sec CD for his next hoj. Is my math off????
