I am fortunate to have $70k saved by the age of 27 without venturing into stocks. Now, I want to invest safely for growth in the next 3-4 years to buy a home. What's the best strategy?

I believe a healthy portfolio has 3 things, at the bare minimum: Exposure to ETFs for increased diversification, Exposure to assets that generate cash flow like dividend stocks, Exposure to market-leading tech.

Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her.

I save it in Foreign current FD, gold, stock, SG government bonds and etc.

Biggest lesson i learnt in 2023 in crypto is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and follow a strategy with a long term edge.

Why so troublesome and take high risks on investment, just buy every Toto draw and Singapore Big Sweep draw and who knows, you could be a millionaire 🤑💰💰💰 overnight. 😁 😆 🤣

not everyone is rich in Singapore.. many have many debts and living paycheck to paycheck.. now its worse with high inflation but their salary is cannot catching up.. no wonder got 4000 bankrupt cases yearly despite all the agencies support
