This addict now knows the husband works. HE KNOWS THAT THERE IS NOT AN ADULT MAN AROUND ALL DAY. He has seen a houseful of beautiful children. This is not good at all. This puts all of the children in danger. He will come back and maybe not alone. We know he was going to sell his abused daughter. Which means he has sick buyers. The police need to arrest this man for starving, imprisoning, beating and more than likely sexually abusing that poor little girl. What do you think the man buying her wanted her for? If the father doesn't go to jail, one of the children playing in the yard will disappear one day. CALL THE POLICE!!

I actually think because of her being placed in foster care, you might be handling this correctly except for one thing. You’ll always be looking over your shoulder because a drug addict is capable of anything to get what they want period. No one will have peace until he is dealt with. My experience with them it to lock them up for thier own good to let them dry up and think about thier sins. The law really has to be notified. It’s a complete crime what he has done to this child. And she needs representation. The courts will make sure she gets it. You can always apply for adoption. But I’m afraid there’s only a 1% success rate on rehabilitating a drug addict. They may stop for a time but always return. She will always be in danger with him loose. He feels entitled to her as his property and certainly will never give up.

You know how to dicepline to other people’s,but you not disciplined enough for your daughter marsana, you’re daughter is spoiled brat,what ever she wants you give it,sometimes you have to say Noo while she still a baby

He could easily take one of your children and run with them. The house should have been closed, and none of the children including Fatima should have been in his sight.
