Just an idea of mine for the F Major you can use your Thumb for the low E String so you can have a full F Major Shape on A and D String while being able to hammer-on with second finger :)

How do you get your middle finger on the same fret as your index finger and the ring finger in the next fret with the f chord?? My fingers physically can’t do that and I really want to do the hammer ons:(
