You had me at Jund. Lol Jund was one of the first deck builds made me fall in love with MTG all over again at many points in the history of the game.

great deck man, i appreciate when creators do something new or give their personal twist to some decks. PS u handled that rope situation nicely

Insidious Roots is such a lovely card. Things start getting kinda bonkers once the Roots + Gorehound engine has been assembled. Oh and I gotta say... salty opponents who let the timer run out instead of simply conceding are the worst.

Especially since they lost to a roots deck that never really played roots haha

Great that you’re sprinkling these F2P decks in. Awesome for newer players looking to hold their own! 😁👍

Any plans for an Abzan version of an insidious roots deck?

Solid deck, love that you're making No Rare deck lists, those are always the killer. I honestly think 2 cards for splashing red in makes this deck too slow, especially since most of your lands are entering tapped.

Well, assembled it and i gotta say, my shuffler hate this deck, 2-10 so far, 1 game no roots by milling/surveiling myself(all of 4 butlers and by drawing) until 30 cards in deck and lost anyway without one in play, 4 games only lands, 2 games mulligan starting roots in hands and no engine to make them work, the other a mix of the previous. Won 1 fair and square and the second win the opponent scoop playing his second land for no reason(maybe a daily). Terrible luck, but at least was fun watching you

Wouldn't this deck be better with a couple copies of wall of blossoms?

If you wanted to add a few rares or a mythic or two, which ones would you add to this deck?

Please can you make an Explorer List for this deck. I just love the Insidious roots mechanic, and I love Pioneer.

But Kaya Spirit's Justice can surveil AND exile creatures from our graveyard, and also creates tokens.

lol, i thought well maybe this can work when I start anew. but i was deceived. this deck will not work. i started in bronze and i only get monored, boros humans, combodecks, gruul dinos, all the top tier decks.....you won't stand any chance. Just build the insidious and build a good deck with it. 9 out of 10 times you won't even get a creature in the graveyard before your life is at 5, and the other times you will never draw an insidious.

Just stay away from ranked. Its not worth it. Less wins, bad hands, only aggro. Go bo3 and do fun combos and focus on building your one decks.
