So there are three stages of a layer bird which is starter stage, grower stage and layer stage. A starter feed in the form of pallet is given the pallet are compressed feed which contains high nutrition to enhance proper formation of the bird. The next phase which is the grower stage feed is provided to enhance growth as the name suggest in preparation towards laying.
