Shouldn't they measure the difference in heart rate before and during? People have different resting heart rates!

Looking at the results, I don't think resting heart rates mattered that much. Especially if Jukka had almost 140bpm when just standing and Jarno just 115bpm while swimming. I think these guys have very low difference between resting heart rates anyways.

my resting one is pretty big (around 100) but thats cuz I'm fat as fck and when i'm doing something its around 130-140
