I like American made, but after watching the Bergara factory tour video, the Savage factory looks, run down, dirty and way less modern technology than Bergara. Kind of made me sad 😳
I wished ALL Savage guns were USA made. Too many made in Canada right now for me. It’s a USA company. Bring them all back to the USA.
Savage Arms need to LEAVE anti-gun Massachusetts for a gun friendly State down South..
Tell them to make their magazines actually fit not only the correct chambers but also the magwell itself! They are acurate guns but their end product is otherwise unacceptable.
Most accurate factory rifle I've ever owned is a Savage Predator hunter Max-1 in 22-250. With handloads it'll shoot well under .5 MOA 5 shot groups every time
I have wanted a .222 for 50 years, and now Savage is the only one making one available in the U.S. I just bought a model 25 .222, with reservations, but I shouldn't have worried. The first handload I tried shot into .75" at 100yds. I am sure with some tweaking it will do better. Not a fancy gun, but the action is smooth and functions well, obviously shoots great. Wish they would make a model 12 laminated stainless varmint gun in .222. I would buy one in a heartbeat.
They need to make the 99 savage again
Poor mans Winchester. Shoots as good if not better than most on the market. Always has and the not so well off could afford one. Not so cheap any more.
Until savage restart manufacturing the 99 and double barrel shotguns I'm not interested in their products.
Very neat video. I have a couple of 116 Weather Warriors, one in 7MM Rem Mag and the other in 300 Win Mag. Both are great shooters and have been on several successful hunts.
Thank you for sharing a once in a lifetime look at one of my favorite companys.
VERY FUN TOUR , THANKS FOR THE RIDE ALONG 💯👍
Really enjoyed the tour. Thanks for getting it set up and taking us along!
Thanks for this, my first ever centerfire rifle was a .308 Savage model 11 way back in 2012. I still take deer with it to this day!
Just in time for the holidays! 💪 Feels like a warm welcome into the brand.
Ya, but what about my favorite, the model 219!?!?
Had a Savage 110 FP heavy barrel in .223, essentially a sniper's weapon, hit a quarter (25 cents) at 100 yards with ease.
Another fantastic video on factory that builds weapons
Recently purchased A Savage 110 Tactical in 6MM ARC 18" BBL really like it! Is very accurate.
Enjoyed this Chris very interesting and informative cheers mate 👍👍
