MWANANGU is a Swahili word for "My Child" it is used b someone who's considerably older than you. When Bien said "Uliza Kiatu", which means Ask My Shoe, he used a phrase that was made popular through a love song by another Kenyan band called "Hart The Band." The song basically talked about how a young men without money struggle to impress their girlfriend. So Uliza Kiatu in this case meant that if you asked their shoes they'd tell you how much struggle they went through.
