Hi bro, nenu ee diet start chesi 5 days ayyindhi. I am using only protein and fat food only. Eggs and paneer with only ghee. I did not touch any carbohydrates food and sugars. Fruits also completely avoided. Still I didn't find any changes in my body in these 5 days. Is this diet really working? Please help me

Thinochu Andi.. because sauerkraut supports gut as it is producing good bacteria which helps to produce bile for better functioning of liver.. liver converts t4 to t3 hormone.. 90% of thyroid problems are actually failure of t4 to t3 conversion by liver.. so daily 2 spoons of sauerkraut support gut=> liver=> thyroid gland. It doesn't affect thyroid.
