Bro It's actually pronounced as RAGDA PATTICE. its a famous mumbai Street food. Ragda is made up of the white watana and the pattice(patty) is made from potato. Together they are served with green chutney, sweet chutney(made from dates+tamarind), garnished with corriander leaves, nylon sev, chopped onions, fried chana dal and etc.

No it's special ragda means where you can see lots of mix chvda and sev and trumind chutny and chill chutny where you can feel mix test and in Mumbai we get ragda at rs. 25😋

Ragda Pattice is aloo ki tikki in Ragdaa (Ragdaa is safed matar). Pav Bhaji is bread with a gravy made with a mix of veggies.
Pav bhaji, aloo samosa, Ragda Patti's, Vada pav, Regular samosa, Baisan Mirch, Pani poori varieties, Bhel puri, Dahi poori, Mysore bhajji, Itly vada are the names of street foods other than regular foods. These are like refreshments and for some poor its the food only. Each state has got different levels of hotness with chillies, spices etc. To my knowledge Mexicans and Thailand people eat very hot chillies. Thanks and all the best in this venture.
