Again, I like this guys focus. He reminds me of Jaishankar of India. Would like to see the specific projects they are developing. Is it manufacturer based,? Infrastructure? Tech?

The only way to build wealth is the Dutch model. The Dutch raised educational standards and with a focus on engineering. This allows a country to do more in-house manufacturing. However, Saudi Arabia education and it lack of resources make hard them to succeed in that model.
