I am an African American and I know nothing about Africans living in Saudi Arabia. This video has been very enlightening. I was most impressed with the children, these wonderful children. I do hope that opportunities will begin to open up for these children so that they can fully participate in their country, Saudi Arabia. If this does not happen then Saudi Arabia will squander the opportunities to benefit from the great gifts that these children can give to the Saudi Society. Thank you for sharing this with me and the world.

@@bobbyhemmitsnippets3673 mate, I'm saudi and my family comes from a long line of saudi Bedouin (Arabian desert dwellers). Africa and the middle east are completely different when it comes to history. arabs and Africans are two different races, have their own rich history and not the same, the origin of arabs have always since the beginning of time have lived in the middle east and they're not africans, sure there are africans living among them but they're not the same people. don't mix up our history and tell us we don't exist like "Isre*l". do some research and look into it instead of sharing misinformation.

During ancient African civilization: black people travelled and lived in many parts of the world. Not only Middle East but you find them in India, America, South America, Indonesia, etc.... and find their fingerprints in ancient arts and sculptures. Plus: Archeological findings amuse archeologists all the time. Good luck with your research cause these facts/truths are tearing down lies and becoming more and more available to the general public. 🙏🙏🙏.

When I remember that 7 years I really crying. Because I don’t know how can I explain the difference of another country’s and those Arab countries. There is no any hope for your life but you work like machines with out right. Yeah this all Arab countries must destroy out and they have to colonize with another countries. Even they didn’t include those Arab countries like Tunisia 🇹🇳 Algeria 🇩🇿 Morocco 🇲🇦 Egypt 🇪🇬 Libya 🇱🇾 . They don’t allow another origin.

I told you, you are suffering from an inferiority complex BUT also you are a BIG IGNORANT who knows nothing about the world. I can't believe it, this man talking about Kabbah thinks it's black while it's the dress that is changed to be black (because it can't be stained or get dirty easily) by Saudi royal family. The inside of Kabbah is empty with 2 wooden pillars anyone can see it online also they open it once every year.

it's more like a really really old neighborhood and most of them got relocated and then there where people do did not want to relocate. it's the same with Jeddah. some places need to be rebuilt but then again they can be considered as historical places by now and it's the people's choice to either move or not move. of course, there might be some financial issues but it is really difficult to be with such poverty that you are forced to live in a home like that. even in the lowest salaries as a Saudi you can get enough of a salary to live in so-so apartment and if you have a wife that works then you can live in a good apartment for the most basic of jobs that you don't even need a degree for.

So why are all Saudis saying they never heard of it??? Doesn't that show there is systemic social segregation, even if that is not legally enforced??? I really can't understand why you guys are so deluded. This is fucking Saudi Arabia, a country that was forced to ban slavery just in 1962. What else can be expected from such a country with an ugly history.

Darcia Mbaye Your experience is definitely unfortunate. I am a Black American born and raised in Houston (Texas), and I was never taught to dislike/hate Africans (or anyone for that matter). In fact, I personally do not know of anyone who was raised in that manner. Many of the Black Africans (varying countries) that I met in college and/or through work expressed that they were taught that Black Americans were inferior to Black Africans bc our ancestors were enslaved and theirs were not. Also that the media plays a big role in how Black Americans are portrayed throughout the world (lazy, criminal, etc), and that played a major role in how the Black Africans that I know/have known “see” and “think” of Black Americans. Once we get to know one another, w/o preconceived notions, we may realize that we have more in common than not.
