I literally have this position in my birth chart and just as you said, after hesitating for 10 years I joined a Toastmasters club and I'm delivering my 3rd speech next Sunday. According to my self-observation, I lack assertiveness and love to contemplate. Slow learning is my thing. I take 3 to 4 years to learn something, very slowly but in the end, I become a master at that thing and I'm even capable of teaching that to others. And yes it is difficult for me to grasp things quickly. I hate dynamic situations unless I'm surrounded by trustworthy people. But with enough preparation time, I'm like Batman. I don't follow new trends new music, new artists, or new technologies as soon as they release. I usually let it get old and keep my eye on it. And if I can see a pattern that this thing is not going to fade away immediately like a one-hit wonder, I might invest in that thing. And most importantly I love to write long ass essays just like this one as comments or as replies to my friend's messages on WhatsApp. I even get ridiculed by my friends for replying to everything in long messages. But I love it. I even used to write a blog. I love writing things in beautiful handwriting. I'm not a fast writer, but I prefer writing more than typing. It helps me engage my brain.

I got so behind on responding to comments, but this makes me so happy! I won't abandon this. There's limited time and so much to possibly cover, this stuff is great to hear and the channel is so here for it. I did a 4th house video the other day, but I will do a saturn in the 4th house video this week. And more astro 101 content on the roadmap. And agian, I appreciate the perspective and also the channel support--I don't take it for granted :)

I have a 3rd house Saturn in Pisces. My colleagues have described me as cautious, reserved, measured, and guarded. It’s difficult for me to say what’s on my mind, especially in groups. A lot of times I wait and wait to find the right moment to speak, just to be interrupted by someone or not heard. When I say something, I want it to be as accurate and impactful as possible, and it takes me a long time to decide and then rehearse what I want to say. This is rooted in perfectionism, but also the fact that I’m deeply insecure. I wonder: if I say something something wrong or unimpressive, would I still be respected and loved? This placement has limited my ability to assert and express myself. I have so much to say but I can’t get myself to say it. I’ve found it helpful to write and I become much more open during a 1on1 conversation or with small groups of people I know very well. I have recently noticed this is a huge obstacle for me, but have not solved the puzzle yet. Maybe soon my lesson will come.

I have this placement. I was kind of sheltered growing up. And I'm a bit shy because I feel like my voice is weird. I used to make these weird mistakes in communication and just say the wrong thing. People rarely understand what I'm actually saying. Once I hit my 20's it got better. I realized that my voice is very stimulating to people. I also realized that when I go out, people usually tell me very amazing things eg. I get amazing deals on goods and services. I meet very intelligent people on the streets. My voice is now super loud without me even trying. And also, I learnt how to breathe properly, which believe it or not, affects the way you think. Always breathe through your nose, and make sure you breathe all the way to your root. Make sure your anus is relaxed lol. It's a weird thing. Your tongue must be rested on the roof of your mouth. This will incorporate your third eye and your crown chakra into your breath. I know it sounds mystical but it makes everything you say, more sensible and wise, because you're using all your chakras to speak. Your breath is like this highway that stimulates all your chakras, so if you breathe correctly, you will become psychic in a way. You will know what the other person is thinking. That's what Saturn does. He delays you for about half your life, and then he starts to give you the secrets of that house, IF YOU PUT IN THE WORK. The secret with this placement is to breathe correctly, and try to talk to people in a slower way if you can. Eventually, you will become respected for the way you speak. If you read all this, you're truly connected to Saturn 3rd house lol. You can also become a famous novelist. I write as well. Peace

Yess this is on point! I’ve been tryna master my breath but I’m definitely beginning to work it out after correcting my diet. And yes the biggest growth was realizing I can slow down and not have to necessarily think about what I’m gonna say before I say it. As a Gemini this can be tricky but Saturn needs us to develop patience in communication.

I have Saturn in the 3rd house in pisces and my mercury in 11th house in libra. Lately Diagnosed with ADHD I've felt so much pressure and personal limitations when it comes to communication (verbal expression especially) and learning. Always had the feeling my words don't come out right, always had a hard time articulating. In my head it's fluent and clear but the output has always felt so jagged. The personal struggle and conflict under the surface regarding to these aspects of my life has been crippling in the past. Moving to a new country, living my life here and taking the native language lessons here has brought me great breaktroughs in terms of the relationship with my fear of failure, social anxiety and the self confidence when it comes to communicating and expressing myself in all the languages I now know! Learning a language to survive in this foreign environment has been a total blessing in disguise. I've learned to be so much more patient and 'forgiving' towards myself and my 'perceived' limitations. Saturn in the 3rd house is extremely rough but damn the lessons are so rewarding!

Wow I had so much difficulty at school because I Had ADD but it was not even recognised back in the late seventies and eighties … I did very well in somethings and terribly in other subjects … I always felt inferior intellectually. I have Saturn and Pluto in the 3rd house in the sign of Libra. As a kid I always felt stupid because I didn’t seem to “get” things as easily as other kids, and I was enrolled in alternative education classes for kids who needed extra tutoring. I had severe insecurity about my perceived mental shortcomings, and never thought of myself as smart. However as I got older (into late teens and early adulthood) I realized I’m actually more intelligent than average. IQ tests typically put me in the 125-130 range which isn’t genius but it’s not dumb either. Still, I’ve always struggled with public speaking and find that although I write very eloquently, I often stumble over my words when speaking and fail to grasp the correct word I want to use, even though when writing I don’t seem to have that problem. I have often felt invisible in groups, like people don’t hear me or pay me any mind. Although my sun in the 12th house could be lending its hand there as well. Astrology fascinates me because it’s so on point.

I'm not sure in which house my Saturn is because it is around my IC but i saw some 3rd house issues in my life. Speech therapy. School was difficult too. Engaging in small talk got better in recent years but as a teen it sucked. Saturn is also aspecting my Sun (square).

Saturn squares to personal planets are harddd. Insecurities, self worth issues, self criticism, self judgement, perfectionism yet persistent experience with failure/mistakes. If the storm is weathered though, they can be forged into super powers from alchemy of patience, persistence, good soul nourishment like good books/people/podcasts etc that are aligned toward self growth and higher vibe living. It sucks in the trenches but ultimately bestows wisdom and an old soul approach to life. Thanks so much for sharing. Hopefully less crashing and burning these days! 😀
