Dearest Bracha, love this conversation. Im 82yrs old soon. I have spent 52+ yrs caring for others (nursing/teacher), which I loved and dealt with critical family issues of the years.. through all of these experiences, I did not care for myself physically and spiritualy, the toxicity built up. I suddenly realize that I had buried myself in others issues and that to survive, I left myself behind. So, for what ever years I have left, I want to find myself and enhance the Golden Light of God within my soul. This message encourages me as I will deal with the massive changes that are coming. Oh my goodness Ms Bracha, I think you would love my story . 57 years old , health heart condition for 18 of those years . And given 6 months to survive. 🙏☺️ 17 heart attacks. 5 bypass surgery at 36. And I have gone into congestive heart failure 4 times . Died once , coma for 2 weeks . Have been told so many times by the specialist I see . That they do not understand how I am still walking around . Like the Journey has been somehow like skippy on a side walk. Not at all. ! My birthday is March 11,1966. This Saturday. Hello Bracha, I just wanted to share that as a trained singer for 40 years odd, I have moved into helping/healing people through their singing voice. I often thought that this didn't count as healing, but as I've developed as a teacher, I can see the tangible benefits of balancing sound and breath to produce something quite wonderful in everybody. I would go so far as to say that our true and whole sound activates frequency healing in the body. It was taken from us these last few years and I lost my choir. However, so many good things are now surfacing.......thank you so much for your wonderful words.

this reminds me so much of a book i read years ago by dielle ciesco called " the unknown mother-a magical walk with the goddess of sound"- talking about the healing power of our voice, words and sound in general. music is amazing in regards of its healing potential with so many mental and physical health conditions, it s awesome to find out about people doing such a great service to humanity with their work💜☺️

Oh Julia, I felt so sad for all the musicians in Australia, I saw a girl and her guitar, outside the shopping centre, trying to make a few dollars, because she lost her usual gigs. And as a repressed wanna-be-singer, with the occasional bursts of energy, I think that one of the main blocks is childhood trauma and toxic shame. And if you work with people and their voices and breathing, that is absolutely, I'm lost for words, a mission from God...yes...definitely...God is love and breath and in the beginning there was Aum, sound. I'm getting goosebumps. So many abused, now Adult children of toxic parents, have never been allowed to "voice" themselves, to be "heard". You are doing God's work, my dear lady. It is the best healer.

Spiritual habits - I use oracle decks to guide my week, write down 3 things I did well each day, use confidence cards, 1 each morning to help me focus. At least 1 hour outside every day. Try to create something, however small, every day. Find small moments in every day to be grateful. Look for opportunities to be kind. Salt baths...

I think that we need to be very discerning during these times and listen to our inner voice. I’ve no interest in AI. I am mid fifties now and am very selective on where I choose to place my attention. The last few years have driven me to get out into the world and engage more authentically with real people in my community. I now work in a job role that is very physical and on the land. The people are very down to earth. I love it and refuse to go back to a desk job working from home doing admin tasks. Though I have been invited to and could probably earn double the money, mental health wise it is not sustainable nor supportive of my new way of being in this world moving forward. I also choose to seek out joy and happiness and turn away from those in the truther community who focus on fear based information. Bless you for all that you bring to this world Bracha, you are a gem 💛💫✨

@@lisaburnage well I would say “go for it” and if you are feeling that need to connect with real people again you should trust that. It has been the best thing for me during these times. I tried to maintain the ‘work from home’ gig several times and it was like I was destined to fail. Then the last time I was offered this same kind of work from an ex employer I said “thanks but no, it isn’t good for my mental equilibrium” and kept on with my ‘land job’ harvesting herbs. Throwing yourself into wet mint early morning is really soothing on the soul 😉 and it’s bloody hard work but you feel so much better for it! Good luck with what you decide 💛💫✨

This reminded me of my vet and how I repeatedly told him about ACV and how it prevented cysts from forming in my little Bichon, and he never paid any attention, even so many times after that when I would remind him. She went from getting cysts all the time and having to have them removed with surgery, to never getting any again. He not only didn't care to know, he couldn't be bothered to remember. If it doesn't make his vet practice money, it doesn't interest him. It's sad, but exciting to know things are changing.

@@peggygreenhill494 I researched this before I started giving it to her, and I used a dropper to give it to her, diluted with water always. She was only 11 pounds so she didn't need much. ACV, Bragg's with the Mother is the only kind I use. You'll need to figure out how much your dog should have. I used this as prevention, but I would not be surprised if they broke up cysts already formed. ACV is amazing. I hope this was helpful. Good luck.

Boundaries are so huge in the last 30-40 years that the average person on our planet was totally unaware of how much we were energetically violated - our bodies have been altered energetically and many, many have died because of energetic violations. The Devil was given birth in Canada and he is in his 50s - doing exactly what I have just written. Bracha - everyone you say is long awaited by those who were awake and aware of the violations of our planet and bodies. Thank you for this amazing video.

Last September, I developed a mild case of strep throat. During an over-the-phone visit with my doctor, he told me that I could've picked it up at a local grocery store. Up until that point, I never knew that this illness could be airborne. I've also picked up so many new recipes and cooking techniques, which I've greatly enjoyed. As for the discussion about caring for the world's oceans, I have a connection with that, too. Where I live in western Florida, there has been a frequent problem with red tide. There's an outbreak going on right now, and it's spreading further up the coast. It disgusts me, when I see how people leave garbage along our seashores. One particular incident involved my discovery of an open bottle of moisturizer, floating in a tidal pool. I wish more people would take the problem seriously. Not just send money to a charity, but actively take part. (3/7/2023)

Dear Bracha, Jesus did visit me on Monday in the museums shop I work for my day job and transformed a wound in my heart, it was a truly multi facsettet experience, the day before I hold for 8 hours consciously my Reiki Channel open to everybody in the building with allowance of their higher selves and the free will to receive and participate in healing, upliftment, flow, the highest goodness. It's important to observe that in Vedic Astrology, Kronos is still under the guise of Aquarius - 5 Degrees at the moment-- which leans towards it just starting out here. To further this, look to Astronomy and the maps that rule the sky -- Kronos sits in Aquarius, March 2023. Obviously with the amount of people serving the Tropical system and the ideas that Kronos moving in Pisces makes that true, which means observing both systems is crucial for obtaining absolute expressions of the Celestials.

Pisces is the sign of illusions ! Saturn the planet of structure and reality ! This will be interesting. Saturn was in my sign Gemini a few years ago for two years and it was one of the hardest periods of my life. Saturn doesn't have too much sympathy .....father time !! I think pisces will find Saturn in their sign very testing.

Ahhh Bracha!! I simply adore you soooo much!!! ... ... My attempts at posting my angel-fairy tale last week were so pathetic it's pretty comical, with incoming snow and sun storms, blackouts, and then corruption of the original files that had to be re-sized and subtitles re-set several times ... by Sat. nite, I was a blithering idiot, totally mind-boggled ... dizzy ... but fortunately - thanks to You, Pam, Roland ABLAS, and Molly, ... and heavy doses of The Astology Podcast ... all I could do was laugh ... and take a couple of days rest till the storms passed. ... As far as pandemic lock-down changes - I realized that my whole life was already being lived in lock-down. The only changes in my life was to wear a mask in grocery stores (which I still do, now) and noticing that I had absolutely no emotions. I was 'comfortably numb'. I simply could not be shook or rattled ... I think, it took my mom's health crisis last autumn to snap me back into having emotions/feelings ... now I really miss that numbness lol ... Do you think my Aquarius moon was being squished by it's co-ruler Saturn? ... 2 & 1/2 years of numbness ... what was that??? I was trying to post that story before the Venus-Jupiter conjunction, because I have that configuration in my chart, with Jup - 0 degrees & Venus - 1 degree in my 10th house of Cancer. ... oh well ... I wonder if Jupiter is chuckling about it too ... Something happened in my brain thru all this, and I started seeing people as archetypes, and archetypes as people ... for instance, Pam is such a High Priestess - isn't she? ... and I see the Empress just bursting thru you ...would Dayvd be a knight or king of cups? ... just watering & communing with his plant buddies ... :) ... and I wonder if they are having a big cosmic party in Mar's house of Aries, or might it be a serious conference about what to do about Neptune's runaway imaginations & delusions during a drinking binge at home, causing all these conspiracy theories and such confusion here on Earth ... Could Mars have squared Neptune and called for a Pow Wow from Gemini's house, while Mercury was drilling away with some project (like mine) in the house of Capricorn? ... and so Saturn says: I'll go check on him ... and then he starts walking - reeeeal sloooow ... lol ... and Mars is just freaking out ... lol ... he's pissed off & blowing up stuff all over the place ... I felt like Mercury in Cap. just plugging away with these teeny tiny details on my story ... and then I started wondering: What if all the rulers went home? What do their houses look like? What would it look like on planet earth if they all went home?? ... lol ... I'm going to try again to save that Moonchild story for YT & post it today/tonite (it's taking more than 8 hours to save, each time I try, and then I get to 80%, and the thing just blows up ... ) please wish me good luck this time ... lol ...
