Was just thinking that same thing. They are the soundtrack we all need.
Their song writing and live performance has never been better.
I think Scott's baking harmony vocals are amazing. His voice stands out but does not overshadow Seth.
it's got a nice beat and all. the melody undulates with the basslines. Avett Brothers provide folk vibes to a community of listeners who value slowness. Thanks guys.

Hate that I missed this on CBS Saturday Morning Sessions, but just watched all 3 new songs online and I have to say they are all great, but this one is out of this world!! I had to get on KZread and watch it again! Wish you guys so much success!

How far am I away from you?
I really loved their music - great live shows, heartfelt and ORIGINAL songs -- before they started playing nondescript commercial stuff like this. This has to be the worst song they've ever written, although the harmonies at the end are nice. It'll probably be some sort of hit.
