General Conference is such a blessing! I mixed up the dates this year for October and accidentally scheduled a 100 mile ultramarathon over conference weekend. I was so bummed but decided I could still listen while I ran. I was afraid it would hurt my time because let's face it, GC isnt exactly fast moving, lol. I usually have rock music playing! But, I caught all 6 hours of Saturdays sessions and not only did I keep a good pace, I won the women's record on this particular course, and finished in time toget a nap and finish watching Sundays session. It might sound silly but I feel like the Lord strengthened my miles because I gave him His share of my time. So grateful for this gospel of Jesus Christ and for a living prophet and apostles.

My testimony of the love of God is, that when it seemed my life was going through bad times, our father in heaven brought the missionaries into my life and I knew I had to return to the church. I know The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the one true gospel. I say this in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Listening to general conference offers great insight to our lives, deepens our intellect in an empty vessel world and also deepens our connection with our loving Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ. He has repeatedly asked us to share His good word so I try my best to find creative ways to share the gospel. Share this with others you ❤️ or don’t know so well but just share it. To venerate fiction to Gospel is blasphemy. Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

The church and members need to focuss more on helping those who have become innactive because if the abuse of members and church leaders. Getting up and preaching goodness but allowing members feel abused, feel ignored and the comradery was non existant and does not show any works in service. I find it hipocritical to stand up and preach, or write and preach, yet continue to focuss on self when that is not what is supposed to be done. The church is different from country to country and this is wrong. For example positions in the church that are paid in usa is 100% volunteer, causing great hardship. And many other fifferences in assistance and aid is different, more nonexistent in Canada so members see ysa het aid and Canada church does not so members leave as consistancy is gone. Then accepting trans... Wow! Church has lost its grateness. Used to be gatherings, a decent YW program, not the junk that is now, and members used to reach out to help others. Not anymore. Very sad to see Evangels and Eventists doing better then LDS when there us a system to help members but denied to them. Very sad indeed. And now i listen to this and see performances, not truth

It's interesting that you say the church needs to help those people who were abused and left the church. And then you say "Wow! And they accept trans people." That's why many left the church. Is was because of the abuse of members who are members of the lgbtq community. God would want us to love everyone regardless of whether they are gay, trans or of a different skin color.
