HDH P.P. Pramukh Swami Maharaj suggested 3 important things for United Happy Family:
(1) Do GHAR SABHA (घर सभा) (A family “Get Together” and read a spiritual book, do a discussion on it, sharing ideas-thoughts, and resolving family issues if any) daily or at least two days a week
(2) Do have a meal together with all family members, every day at least once
(3) Do Arti-Pooja together with family, every day at least once
Benefits of reading holy books, seeing spiritual/positive video, temple darshan and chanting holy names of God:
(1) Increase in strength of body immune system
(2) Increase in secretion of hormones useful for well being of human body
(3) Reduction in stress and tension, which leads to a reduction in diseases like B.P., Diabetes, Cancer, and many more which are caused due to stress and tension
(4) Increase in memory power
(5) Increase in power to withstand any worse situation/happening in life
(6) Better decision making power
(7) Beautiful happy incredible united family life
Everyone wants a successful, happy and peaceful life. Parents want their children to get an undergraduate degree, graduate or postgraduate degree either in Medical, Dental, Physiotherapy, Engineering, MBA, Chartered Accountant or Computer Science. Most students do coaching at tuition classes for getting better percentages, but parents can also give better coaching and education to their children. Students do attend coaching classes for GPSC, UPSC or competitive exam preparation for government jobs. It may be necessary but do we ever think of education of heart? It is a real education for a happy peaceful life. As coaching classes are important for competitive exams preparation or board exam preparation, at the same time coaching of children at home is most necessary for the culmination of moral values and right living.
In recent times there is a craze of using technology to make life better and new technology startups are coming up to make life more comfortable and happy. Everyone should know the secret of a happy and beautiful life, which is a strong belief in God and right living as per Epics & The Vedas. People run behind money and attempt to use all means to earn and get more and more money. Get enough money but get it by right means and ways. Second thing, nowadays people have become slaves of technology and technology gadgets. One should use technology & technology gadgets but need to ensure that technology or technology gadgets do not spoil our peaceful happy life.
People try to protect their future by taking Life insurance, Car insurance, and Personal Pension plans, but the protection of the future is by the culmination of moral values and the right understanding in themselves and their children. A person can insure their future life in a real sense by giving the right education of heart to their children. Great People said that children are the right asset and property of a person.
