Ice Cream Cone: seated hip rotations
Riding the Camel: lower back flex
Washing Machine: mid spine trunk rotation
Bata-bata Flapping: shoulder blade and shoulders
Wakaranai: shoulder shrugs
Nose circles: neck rotation
