I had little bumps like this on my forehead and couldn't get rid of them until I used a stiff scrubber and went over them which opened the tops and they all drained out. Never came back.

Is there any cure to extreme cases of acne problem?

I’m use to looking at the bumps being popped completely but tonight it looks like a lot of them aren’t being popped at all. What’s going on, this can’t be the person who usually pops because she is 💯 when it comes down to it.

He only had one more session after the video I linked and went back to school since summer was over for him. Less than 2 months with amazing results.

Всё очень просто. Механическая чистка лица - болезненная процедура и "метание" с места на место - это избежание концентрации боли в одном месте, своеобразный манёвр отвлечения.🤷‍♀️

This isn't something done. There might be a series, and you see progress, but nowadays the clients aren't named. I've never seen a before, during and after kind of thing.

I’ve noticed that most of her patients have hairs in the extraction too. Almost like different cases of folliculitis.

It's not due to infection, but an over production of sebum, not extracting from hair follicles, but sebaceous glands that are clogged up

@@g.w.hampton5525 electrolysis destroys the growth cell of the hair, but l don't think it would have any effect on the sebaceous glands, which are entirely different, it's these producing excessive sebum that are the problem. Part of its hormonal, but part appears to be genetic, at 63 l still get the odd spot, my father & his sister also had very oily skin.

Sorry I am not Thuy, but she uses a number 11 surgical blade.

It seems to me, from my observations of these videos that clients with quite a bit of fine facial hair have a lot more pimples. I guess that comes from the skin oil collecting around the hair roots and getting clogged. I wonder if daily gentle facial massages would help keep the hair roots from clogging up so much. They could do this at home themselves.

A lot of these videos show clients with every hair follicle clogged up. The clients with fine facial hair, which includes women, have more pimples. I know most of them use cleansers so I just wondered if a massage technique instead of just scrubbing would help clear the hair follicles.

There is no way you could possibly know this as FACT. Because there is so much going on at the Microscopic/Macroscopic level, there is no way anyone could be certain - I hope you'll appreciate this & agree. I’ve watched many of her videos. She seems to prioritize closed comedones over blackheads and pustules, which could be one reason for jumping around. They also seem to try to avoid showing bleeding, and pustules always bleed when you open them, so she skips those. The randomness is frustrating

The big hidden ones need to come out before they become bothersome, plus removing them gives any other's bubbling under the space to come forward and be expelled also. Thuy knows what she's doing. Don't forget this is just a few minutes of a session that may have been at least an hour.
