Not when the skin is that inflamed. They steam the face first, extract, then wash. In this case, the dead skin is helping it be less painful

​@@SelinaCatThe dead skin just clogs more pores and creates new acne. It traps the pore, oil, and bacteria. This client would absolutely benefit from a wash with glycolic acid in it.

Only complaint I have, why not exfoliate the skin first to remove dead skin cells them squeeze!? Makes more sense to get rid of the scaly skin! Then the blackheads are easier to see!

One of the best videos so far! You're able to extract the blackheads without stabbing and causing trauma at every pore, I love it

Two techniques here. One, using just the thumbs and nails to squeeze out ,and my less favourable using the pointed knife to jab, and my least favourable flick of the knife at the end . The one using the thumbs seem the kindest amd least damaging to the skin. I wish they would use more of this and less of the knife. AND to press out ALL the way rather than skip quickly to the next one.

I appreciated that you used your hands alone to accomplish most of the routine extractions. Without the open wounds caused by unnecessary use of the blade your client's face will be less vulnerable to infection and will be restored much faster. Nice work.

It depends on the type of acne. If it’s closed, a probe or blade is less damaging to the skin. Squeezing is the worst thing to do.

You can tell from the dryness of the skin that the customer has used some kind of topical cream or wash. I think that's why she used her hands more as the skin becomes very thin and introducing a hole to squeeze out the pores would be detrimental with thin skin. Thuay is very conscientious and careful with each client and their different needs.

Just tell the people around you the causation: I know that many people will be angry with me - but the only reason for acne are dairy products. They boost the IGF-1 protein. In fact the milk is a pus. It is a hormone liquid. You don't need cow's milk as you don't need Giraffe's milk. All pimples , lipoma, fibroma, cists are caused by the dairy product. I lot of health organizations wrote a lot of IGF-1 hormone boost. Just find it an read it. The other major thing that you receive from milk is dioxin. Right....... A blade like that is the best tool / instrument for piecing the pimple head and make a diagonal incision.........and the pimple usually pops out easily.....Also you notice that many of the female operators have their Thumb Nail and Index Finger Nails sharpened to a contoured point to help *Pinch* the squeeze point while most of them wear tight fitting latex gloves.......Most of them instinctively know if the pimple can be popped easily enough without piercing the pimple head first while often enough the routine is one of Pinch and also lift the skin a little and then Pierce the pimple head and then Squeeze as hard as need be and Pop the pimple and sometimes have to Pierce again and or Squeeze really hard to get the remaining pus from deeper inside the channel. Cheers
