Dude, I detail cars for a rental company. You would not believe the crap I’ve seen people do to our cars. Can’t even imagine what there cars look like. Dog hair is an absolute nightmare. No matter how much time you spend on it you’ll never get it all. Clearly in the contract “no pets or smoking”. People do both. Had a Malibu come back last week that smelled so bad of weed that the car wasn’t rentable. I Febreezed the shit out of it and left the doors open over night. Amazingly it wasn’t bad the next morning.
