Rain falling during freezing temperatures turns in to ice which then coats everything! During the melting stage when temperatures rise the ice become brittle and easy to smash. While filming this I was walking on very slippery wet ice so am thankful I kept my balance. You might notice my brown SUV across the street during this event, it's the same "Truck" i smashed the ice off of in my 2020 video called "Breaking ice off my truck with a rubber hammer"
I couldn't reach it as the street was thick with a sheet of wet ice so didn't risk it so settled on my boat cover. :) ASMR
