Everything about the transition during the "rewind-" part is absolutely stunning. The lights, the movement, the audio, it just all comes together to really look like you're flying backwards through time. Dare I say it's _revolutionary_

I was actually blessed with the chance to go see Hamilton in the theaters in Chicago and it is MAGICAL. There’s just something about the raw power and emotion in their voices when they sing it live that the cast recording doesn’t have as much. I cried when I saw it and my brain felt like OMYGODIMSEEINGHAMILTONTHISCANTBEHAPPENING I thought I was gonna pass out lol I cannot wait to see the movie!

I remember when I watched the show on tour the “rewind” was one of my FAVORITE parts it was so clever how they used the spinning stage layout it really felt like everything was going backwards. The way they captured it here def did it justice.

let’s all be honest- this was one of the best songs/scenes in the whole movie

Okay, BUT YOU CAN'T JUST END IT AS OUR GIRL ANGELICA IS ABOUT TO TELL HER STORY LIKE- I WILL NEVER BE SATISFIED WITH THESE CLIPS!

The choreography for this scene always gives me chills, particularly on the "Rewind" part.

This performance gave me chills. The directions, the choreography and ofcourse Renèe’s vocals.

The choreography, the staging, vocals and background music for this scene still takes my breath away. It's even more amazing live.

I hope you're satisfied. But if you ain't, don't blame me. You can blame my friends on the other side!

That moment when you're SO into the film that you forget is just a one minute trailer and you feel dissapointed when It finishes.

I haven’t just casually listened to Hamilton in so long but ima rewatch this sm no kidding this is the smartest decision they have ever made

Did anyone else notice that at the end of the clip Angelica's dress changed a little. There were flowers on her dress in the close up shot, but there were no flowers in the backed up shot. 0:57

I've heard that they had compiled this using film from multiple performances. So there may be some positioning, hair, and costume differences between cuts.

This musical is absolutely amazing I’m sat here watching franklin spit bars and me thinking this guy got bars in a musical about founding fathers it’s just unreal a masterpiece
