​@@synthwaveguy_2942 it even functions like the "The Metal Storm gun" prototype, although scaled WAY down. Basically: instead of having a gun grab a bullet, put it in its place, pull the hammer back, hit the bullet, removing the casing, and restarting, the Metal Storm gun skips ALL of that by simply using caseless ammo that's fired using electricity. The bullets get moved using magnets. There are problems with it, though. Namely: that gun cannot aim AT ALL, and ironically its rate of fire makes it near useless, because it might be able to fire 1 million rounds a minute, but it cannot hold that many rounds. Plus, it's H E A V Y. it can hold a LOT of ammo, but that weight has to go somewhere. And the less we talk about reloading, the better. i can actually see this kind of weapon being refined into a rifle used by a society that recycles everything and has near infinite advanced resources to spend. i cannot say the same about an air-watercooled-maxim-gun-turned-assault-rifle that was actually built pre-war by America. I genuinely cannot.

been playing a lot of this game and seriously, these animations are top notch. extremely fluid yet powerful.

The rifle feels SO badass when you first get it. One of the most fun weapons to use in any game, especially when you start getting the new ammo.
