So very, very nice. 50% Conn + 50% Tim = 100% .....just right. You cover all the capabilities of the old work horse....they are universally good for everything. Thanks.

Your sound is superb Tim. And you essentially get it on all the different saxes you play. There's something in the way you approach playing that brings to mind the great female jazz singers of the golden era. Something about a strong emotional subtext, the use of air, and the subtlety of the timbral variations.

Glad to hear 10M popularity. I bought one, saved from junk heap. Tech fixed the problems, I love it. Thanks for your help letting me know possibilities. I love the Berg mpc best. You sound great on STM.

Hi - hope you enjoy your horn! I use an early babbit Otto Link Super Tone Master (9). It's a lovely piece - definitely my preference than anything I've used on tenor in the past, and I've been through a few!

Glad you like it :) Yes, it's an 'early babbitt' Super Tone Master, 9. I love it. If you're interested, I have another video comparing it with an Aizen SO on a Buescher Aristocrat: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZJuLubSbdKSXY9I.html

It's not an Abersold, but I can't remember exactly what it is! It may be from 'learn jazz standards', possibly - sorry to be little help!
