Dear sir, I am not a student of law but I watch these legal programs and I wish to know one thing that honourable Supreme court has recommended to the govt to follow its suggestions on bail act. The govt is going to include the bail acts to the letter as recommended by the apex court or they may not follow this guidance. All I wish to know is this.regards
