In every conflict we find ourselves with others and with ourselves there is a means of protection and release. Those experienced in this path keep their spiritual defenses as well as have a chess game in their consciousness where they are ready to think contemplate and act accordingly with haqaiq rules in the situation. Dont become lost on why a certain person said or did a certain thing. Look through the matrix. Its not between you and the other person... its between you and their shaytan. So you stay quiet...he's way too advanced to engage in a discussion with. You cannot conquer shaytan. Disengage. In your heart: recite taooz. If you do this enough times, you become sincere. If you argue, the shaytan will keep winning and you will be defeated. All the energy work you did will be undone. So save your energy reality and disengage from arguments. There is no second that you are not under a test. This is why jihad al akbar is the one who fights his nafs. Alhamdulillah for these teachings 🤲⭐️

This reminds me of a situation after I had injured myself and a relative was visiting.
