I think people underestimate how strong DMS Kakashi is. Dual Kamui is so hax nobody really has a way of damaging Kakashi and while he can one shot people with Kamui shuriken perfect offense and defense

Not everything Kakashi just tought him chidori and prectice Rock Lee's taijutsu skills and Sasuke is strong that much because of EMS, Orochimaru, Indra's reincarnation, rinnegan, etc and of course some credit goes to Kakashi also

Kakashi taught Sasuke base Chidori and that's literally it... Sasuke learned his Fire Jutsu from his clan and he invented all of his Chidori variants along with Kirin. He trained with Orochimaru to gain his speed, power and technique and all of his MS powers he developed himself through experience.

Hokage Kakashi needs a buff. He was literally stated to be SIGNIFICANTLY stronger than he was in war arc, yet you have him below War arc. He mastered Ying-yang, arguably better at genjutsu, low diffed 20 year old Lee, created 3 jutsu that fit S-rank criteria, his chakra reserves MASSIVELY increased. Not really. The key difference is Kakashi doesn't have the causes for his pain in front of him. Sasuke does. Kakashi doesn't have the person responsible for his friends' death still on the loose, nor does he have something clearly responsible for his pain still out there and potentially causing more problems. Sasuke did for the vast majority of the series.

Sasuke have Orochimaru as mentor while Kakashi grow up learning by himself without any mentor, yet he can still keeping up with these godlike ninjas. I know some of you might say that Minato is kakashi sensei but not for long, and Kakashi grew up without any team and he has trauma but still not going to the evil path.
