No they don’t Sasuke would never propose to Sakura lol. SS is so pathetic it turned Sakura into a single mom basically and Sasuke himself said that he has no reason to love Sakura. And don’t even get me started on the novels, the author of the novels said that it is just a spin off work and is not canon like the actual novels. Kishimoto doesn’t care about SS, if he did he would devote more time to it and develop it, which he didn’t lol.
