Yes, absolutely right ; section 494 of IPC is discriminatory, just applied to hindus only.

Sir, In other situation.....If a Hindu man married with a Hindu women before 2 years ago.In present time this man relinquished own Indian citizenship and going to USA and take USA citizenship.After taking USA citizenship,this man married with a USA women. Can Indian women who is the wife of this man filed a case against this man under sec-494 of the IPC,1860.?

1. There is various meaning of Lust such as lust of power, women ect..All those lust are considered as Sin Islam according to that there are punishments in Muslim law i.e Shariat. 2. Muslim law provide you to marriage 4 woman if u r fit to handle it which is legal in India. Here they are openly validating it Contray to the above facts that There are huge extra marital affairs going on in the country where you do the things in secrecy in other religions too that doesnt Mean you will say Hinduism is face of lust also it showcase kamasutra scriptures. Every religion has pros and cons that doesnt mean you designate a ill name to that religion. Law has given the boundaries and according to that we abide to follow it.
