@@vijaymanikanta5251 it is technically not wrong. However, RBI prescribed minimum net owned funds as Rs 100 crores. If you see in the act, it would have said Rs 2 crores or such higher amount prescribed by RBI.

How are arc making profit if they reconstruct the asset in such way so as to benefit the borrower like you mentioned
