@@ASkyy166 been to Cuba. Tropical 🌴 forrest come right to the edge of the white beaches with clear waters you can see the sharks on the edge. Cuba isnt in the middle of nowhere, its 90 miles from USA and halfway between two continents.

We have made like 10 videos in Arcadia. Its boring, slow pace, and there are very bad areas and lots of drug use. But downtown has great antique stores and there are good restaurants like el charro mexican. Its biggest downside is drug use is high

Have you moved yet? It’s actually pretty cool because you can get a really nice property for extremely cheap. I have lived there and I’ve also lived in Sarasota. Huge huge difference though. Sarasota is uppity as all hell. Arcadia not so much, it’s quite rundown, old, quite drug infested as well. Spread out, most houses are accommodated with at least an acre of land. Good luck to you

I sit dogs, clean homes sometimes and even shop peoples groceries. I do agree it is old town but it is very affordable so I guess you loose some and win some. Overall this is a great town and the community of people here are nice and welcoming

I live just a few miles from this footage and I have to say...It's terrifying! Seriously, though, the 'hood' in Sarasota is getting better and better, smaller and smaller. It used to be that there were places that I would not walk down during the day, 25 years ago. Then it was some places that I wouldn't walk at night, maybe 10 years ago. Now it's pretty much good to go if you aren't looking for trouble. It's really nice, as a former drug addict, to not see the street-side drug dealers anymore. It makes it harder for people to relapse, though I personally feel I am well past that.

Sarasota really depends on what street you're on, you could be in the safest place or a street you don't want to go down past 9. The amount of drug crime, murder, rape, robberies, human trafficking. I’m getting mixed reviews of Sarasota. Some people say it’s amazing while others say it’s just a $h1t place. I’m up north and all I see in the news is bad things about all of Florida. I lived there for a year and it was nice but there is no industry except for tech,healthcare,and hospitality. So people who move there and expect a high paying factory job don’t get that and say it’s all bad. You have to have money to live in Florida,especially in more prominent areas. Imagine growing up poor in a state where the income gap is in the 10’s of millions like it is in Florida.
